Reason why we chose anything fry rice:
It because that anything fried rice has a lots of food inside like prawn, lettuce and ect...
It also contain a lots of nutrient tooo. it also because some Singaporean was annoy as they think that they cooked to much food and lazy to cooked but our anything fried rice can add anything you like into the dish something like food which i called " add any rubbish ".

ANYTHING FRY RICE
Ingredient:
4 medium prawn
2 crabmeat stick
2 sausage (chicken)
2 eggs
pepper
1 garlic
cooking oil
1/4 lettuce
1 cup of rice
Equipment:

1 Wok
1 tablespoon
1 chef’s knife
1 frying slice
1 cutting board
4 bowl
Method:
Step 1: Wash the rice and cook it first.
Step 2: Take out the prawn shell and wash the prawn, cut to cube and put in the bowl.
Step 3: Break two eggs in the bowl .
Step 4: Cut the sausage into cubes and put in the bowl.
Step 5: Peel lettuce and put it in the bowl.
Step 6: Chop the garlic into fine piece.
Step 7: Heat the wok for 5 minutes, pour it about a table spoon of oil and heat for another
one minutes.
Step 8: Pour in garlic mix until the garlic change to light brown.
Step 9: Throw in sausages and mix for five minutes
Step 10: Put the prawn, lettuce and mix about one minutes.
Step 11: Pour in the rice and mix together with the Ingredient inside the wok
Step 12: Push all the ingredient one side leaving a hole in the centre.
Step 13: Pour in two table spoon of oil in the centre of the wok and heat for half a minutes.
Step 14: Pour the egg in the centre and mix it for half a minutes (Only the centre)
Step 15: Mix everything and add pepper to taste
Step 16: Ready to serve.
