Dojo restaurant recipes ( Maggi Goreng )

Ingredients
2 pkts of Maggie noodles
2 pcs of chicken fillet
1 shallot- chopped
2 stalks of Xiao Bai Cai
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
Sauce
3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of light sauce
2 tablespoons of sambal chilli sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Equipment:
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
1 fork
1divider metal plate
1 cutting board
1 chef knife
1 palette knife
1 frying pan
1 frying slice

Method :


Step1 : Defrost the chicken and cut it into cubes
Step 2: Marinate the chicken cubes with sesame oil for about 3minutes and drain and 
             rinse with cold tap water
Step 3: Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 4: Heat the oil in the frying pan. Fry the shallot till fragrant.
Step 5: Add the chicken cubes and stir-fry until cooked.
Step 6: Add the noodles and sauce
Step 7: Add in the sauce and continue to stir fry on medium to low heat for about 5
             minutes.
Step 8: Serve warm.
